Q: How can I contact the organization?
A: You can reach the organization by sending an e-mail to info@hztoernooi.nl.

Q: Is registration for the first round mandatory?
A: Yes. Players must register on Saturday, August 2nd, between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM in the playing hall. Players who do not register may risk not being paired for the first round.

Q: I don't know my FIDE ID?
A: You can look up your FIDE ID on ratings.fide.com.

 Q: I made a mistake during registration?
A: If something went wrong during registration,please send an e-mail to info@hztoernooi.nl.

Q: Can I take a bye for the last round?
A: No. A bye (for half a point) is only possible for rounds 2 or 3. If you cannot play another round, inform the arbiter at least one day in advance to prevent someone from being left without a game. Anyone absent during a round without prior notice will be excluded from further participation in the tournament. If you wish to withdraw from the tournament, you must immediately inform the chief arbiter.

Q: Is the hall wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, the hall is fully accessible for wheelchairs
