GENERAL INFORMATION
The tournament consists of 9 rounds, Swiss system, and will be FIDE-rated. The rate of play is 40 moves in 2 hours, followed by 30 minutes for the completion of the game. The entry fee is € 45,- (GM and IM free, FM € 25,-). A bye is only possible in the 2nd and 3rd round.

REGISTRATION ON THE STARTING DAYOn Saturday July 30, 2011 between 15.00 and 17.30 participants have to be present in the tournament hall for registration. In case you have not registered in time before the start of the tournament, you take the risk that another player will take your place. |
